Egypt Day Tours do not require a cancellation fee for tours or excursions canceled for ‘force majeure’ reasons like volcanoes, earthquakes, or reasons that are Out of control. If the booking cancellation happens For personal or business reasons and Egypt Day Tours has already incurred the booking costs on your behalf, these costs will be transferred to you.

• The whole amount will be charged if canceled less than 30 days before the check-in date.

If you are nervous, inform staff upon arrival and they will ensure your comfort and safety throughout the tour.

Bring sunscreen (waterproof variety), towel, camera, and any personal medications. Wear swimwear, reef-safe sunscreen, and bring a cover-up for sun protection. All snorkeling equipment is provided, but you may bring your own if preferred. The boat offers shade, but sun exposure is significant, so wear a hat and sunglasses. Tour bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before departure for full refund. If weather conditions prevent safe operation, we reschedule the tour to the next suitable day or offer a full refund. High winds and rough seas occasionally close snorkeling sites, but tour guides identify alternative locations to ensure a memorable experience. Early morning tours are least affected by afternoon wind patterns.
