After that, our Egyptologist guide will accompany you to discover the Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus ( Giza Pyramids ). Then proceed to visit the Great Sphinx, the head of a pharaoh with a lion’s body. Then you will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, then you will visit the Grand Egyptian Museum, one of the newest and most anticipated cultural landmarks in Egypt. This state-of-the-art museum is located near the Giza Pyramids and houses a vast collection of artifacts, including the complete Tutankhamun collection with many pieces displayed for the first time. After breakfast, transfer to the second capital of Egypt, Alexandria, (Almost 3 hours driving) You will get to visit Qaitbay Citadel, built in the 15th century by Sultan Qaitbay on the spot of Alexandria’s ancient lighthouse. You will get to visit the famous Alexandria Library, and the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa which is a very unique catacomb in Egypt, You will also visit the Montaza Garden and the palaces of King Farouk. Return to Cairo airport for a flight back to Hurghada.

Yes, the two-day tour price of $420 per person includes one night of accommodation in a three-star Cairo hotel, all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), transportation in air-conditioned vehicles, professional guide services, and entrance fees to all major attractions. This is a comprehensive package that eliminates the need for separate hotel bookings.

The tour balances driving time with exploration. Day one includes approximately three to four hours of driving from Hurghada to Cairo, followed by four to five hours of sightseeing at Giza and the Sphinx. Day two includes the Egyptian Museum visit followed by a two and a half hour drive to Alexandria and afternoon sightseeing. Approximately 60 percent of each day is dedicated to actual sightseeing activities.

The ideal months for this tour are October through April when temperatures are moderate and comfortable for outdoor sightseeing. May through September can be extremely hot, with temperatures exceeding 35 degrees Celsius. Winter months offer the most pleasant weather and are recommended for maximum comfort during your Cairo and Alexandria experience.

Yes, children of all ages are welcome. The tour is family-friendly and offers opportunities to engage children with interactive guide presentations. However, young children may find the extensive walking and hot conditions challenging. We recommend children be at least eight years old for the full experience.
